Most of cupcakes and cookies can be baked gluten-free* and/or no added sugar.
Options to choose from are on the product pages.
* the gluten-free bakes may contain traces of gluten, since they are produced in the same premises as the ordinary bakes.
** for the lactose-free option we use low-lactose dairy - less than 0.01g for 100g of dairy.
However we do what we can to evade any contact of such pastries and bakes with those of ordinary gluten/lactose content as well as to reduce any risk of contaminating those products.
