This strongly chocolate-coffee cake consists of 3 sponge layers and 2 types of frosting - coffee butterscotch cream with added dark chocolate and cream cheese frosting. Feedbacks note it's extremely intensely chocolate and unbelievably filling :) The cake in the first pic is only 16 cm in diameter, but it still weights 1.5 kg.
Gluten-free, no added sugar (sponge, frostings are sweetened with glucose or xylitol) options are available.
