We bake a carrot cake according to the recipe, where the carrot is just half of the whole weight of the ingredients. So there is little flour and sugar, and there is a lot of healthy fiber and juice. The cream for this we make from cream cheese with a little sugar. Baked in a rectangular form, so it is easy to cut them into equal portions that immediately disappear from the plate;) We love it!
There are also options without gluten, no added sugar (cake, cream are sweetened with glucose or xylitol).
