This is men's combination - thanks to its slightly salty taste (salami and dried tomatoes), it goes perfectly with beer. On request, you can make it more spicy by adding garlic, chilli or harissa. Roasted bell peppers - on the contrary - will reduce saltiness.
With salami and dried tomatoes
Standard version (i.e. wheat flour) contains: gluten, lactose, eggs.
Gluten-free - the crust contains no starch, we use cornmeal and rice flour mixture (with addition of xanthan gum). Crustier.
Lactose free - dairy is replaced with lactose-free analogues, where available.
Yogurt - creme fraiche (18% fat) is replaced with yogurt (1% to 10%, up to you). This reduces fat in the entire quiche by about 3%. The taste becomes slightly more sour.
