Our version of the American Banoffee cake with bananas and whipped cream. Unsweetened thin crust with added whole grain flour. The toffee is homemade, thus sugar is under control. We add walnuts and ripe bananas. Cream is whipped to create a light cloud.
Gluten-free option is also available.
