Our version of the classic cake: layers baked with melted dark chocolate, which gives them more intense chocolate flavor, delicate whipped cream and a layer of homemade low-sugar cherry jam (or simply cherries for less sugar), chocolate ganache topping and a nice decor (outside the cherry season we use other fruit to decorate).
On request, we can replace cherries with other fruits or berries to your liking, or dark chocolate to milk choc - truly, it no more will be a Scwarzwald cake, but instead one that you'd like the most :)
There are also gluten-free and no added sugar (sponge, cream, jam sweetened with glucose or xylitol) options.
