This cake is made according to the genuine Italian recipe of tiramisu dessert. Layers of savoiardi biscuits, soaked in mango sauce and alcohol (or coffee - in the alco-free option), layered with fluffy mascarpone and egg frosting and alphonso mango mousse. This cake is rather a dessert, it is so delicate you can eat it with a spoon. However, if it needs to be nicely cut, we recommend the semifreddo version - slightly frozen. Thus it will keep its original delicacy, but will still be nicely cut and served.
