This cake is made according to the recipe of genuine Italian tiramisu dessert. Layers of savoiardi biscuits, soaked in Italian Prosecco with strawberries (in the alcohol-free version - grated strawberry juice), layered with fluffy mascarpone and egg frosting and strawberry mousse with added sugar. This cake is rather a dessert, it is so delicate that you can eat it with a spoon. However, if it needs to be nicely cut, we recommend the semifreddo version - slightly frozen. Thus, it will keep its original delicacy, but it will still be nicely cut and served.

No added sugar: cane sugar in the frosting will be replaced with xylitol.
