Shortly fried leek seasoned with a clove of garlic, mixed with crumbled smoked tofu. When it's almost ready, we add a handful of unsalted peanuts - they acquire a tempting aroma and color.
We also recommend adding mushrooms to the mix - the filling becomes more juicy and some like it better that way :)
With leek, peanuts and smoked tofu
Standard version (i.e. wheat flour) contains: gluten, garlic.
Gluten-free - the crust contains no starch, we use cornmeal and rice flour mixture (with addition of xanthan gum). Crustier.
Vegan - the crust of vegan quiche contains olive oil with poppy seeds, sesame and linseed. Gluten-free version is available on request. Instead of the quiche-specific egg and cream mixture, we use crumbled tofu. We eliminate any possibility of contact with animal products.
